Topic
Business Analysis for Machine Learning & AI Projects (Part 2)
Description
This workshop represents Part 2 of the session delivered in October 2025, building on the foundational concepts and moving deeper into practical application and real-world delivery. This session builds on the foundational concepts introduced in the first session and places a stronger emphasis on machine learning in practice.
Participants will be guided through a live ML project demonstration, illustrating how business objectives are translated into ML use cases, how data flows through the ML lifecycle, and how outputs are interpreted for decision-making.
The session will clearly map the Business Analyst’s role across the ML lifecycle—from problem framing and stakeholder alignment to requirements definition, data considerations, validation, and value realization—providing attendees with concrete tools, examples, and techniques they can immediately apply within their own AI and ML initiatives.
