What is Business Analysis?

Business Analysis touches on a broad range of roles: business analysis, systems analysis, requirements analysis or management, project management, consulting, process improvement, and more. Everyone interested in Business Analysis is welcome to be part of the IIBA GLO community, access news and information, and attend our year-long calendar of activities.

Do I need to be a member of IIBA International to be a member of the Chapter?

Yes. If a Chapter member's IIBA® International membership expires, their chapter membership also expires.

When you sign up to become a member of IIBA (International) you would be asked to select a Chapter as your preference, simply search for Greater London Ontario Chapter and join. You can also set your Chapter to GLO Chapter in your Profile on your IIBA International account.

What is the cost to join the GLO Chapter?

Membership in the Chapter is open to any member of IIBA® in good standing. At present, Chapter membership does not require IIBA® members to pay any additional dues. Membership is valid for one year.

Is my account on the Chapter website linked to my member account on the IIBA International website?

Yes, it is. As an IIBA International member you already have a user ID and password for your IIBA Chapter membership.

I am not a member of the IIBA® or the Chapter, can I still attend Chapter events?

Yes, most of the Chapter's events are open to both members and non-members.

How do I sign up to receive communications from the chapter?

To stay abreast of the chapter events and activities, follow us on our social media handles.

I no longer wish to receive communications from the Chapter, how do I unsubscribe?

Please send an e-mail to the vp.membership@glo.iiba.org and request to be removed from our distribution list.

If I cannot register for a chapter event online, can I still attend the event?

You can register for events (except workshops) last minute and pay at the door. However, we encourage advance registration to speed up event sign-ins, plan seating, and organize catering.

What is the cost to attend the Chapter events?

If you have an active IIBA membership, you are eligible for member discounted rates. Chapter membership is free. Cost of a particular event can be found on the event registration page.

What type of events does the GLO Chapter offer?

In addition to study groups sessions for Certifications, we also offer monthly speaker events, and social/networking events. Our speakers are highly regarded in their field and come from various industries. Our social events are held in different spaces and allow for great networking opportunities.

What do I do if the "Contact Us" form isn't working?
