She is passionate about the BA discipline, having volunteered for IIBA in many capacities. She served on the IIBA Southeast Wisconsin Chapter Board for over seven years, earning global recognition as the 2018 Volunteer of the Year for the Americas Central Region as well as the 2022 Volunteer of the Year for the Global Chapter Council.
