Speaker Bio:

Iryna has over 18 years of experience in healthcare, and currently works for the U.S.-based dental equipment and software manufacturer that markets its products in over 120 countries.

She holds several international certifications including PMP (Project Manager Professional) and PSPO II (Professional Scrum Product Owner), and is currently pursuing CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification.

Her professional focus lies in developing and enhancing R&D processes, aligning them with industry standards, and scaling a unified approach to planning, design, and development.

She is an active member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), and contributes to the global BA community as a podcast guest, presenter, and author of scientific publications. She is passionate about educating Business Analysts on medical software development, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
