Speaker’s Bio:

Bosun Bankole is an HR practitioner with over ten years’ experience practicing HR across retail, construction, telecoms and communication industries. In the past, she has taken up positions in Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Talent Management. Currently, she is a Senior Consultant Talent Management at Canadian Tire.

She loves giving back and serves as a board member at The Children’s Centre for Development in the capacity of a Chief Operating Officer. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration, a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, a Global Certification as an HR Practitioner (GPHR), a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHRi) and a Certified Human Resource Leader certification (CHRL).

Bosun is not a chef, but the highlight of her days is cooking for her family.
